A California Superior Court Judge, Christopher Hite, has just issued a gag order which limits LifeSiteNews from reporting on the ongoing, public trial, in which Planned Parenthood's sale of baby body parts has come under scrutiny.
The chilling order allows the court to "exercise its discretion to limit the statements the parties may make in public in regards to the witness testimony until after the conclusion of the preliminary hearing."
But, this order is in direct contradiction to what Hite had previously held, namely, that all testimony heard in court can be published.
As such, this is an outrageous abuse of power by the judge, and his decision must be investigated by U.S. Attorney General, William Barr.
Likewise, the decision of the California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra, and Deputy Attorney General, Johnette Jauron, to file a motion for a gag order must also be investigated.

Filed by Attorney General Xavier Becerra and Deputy Attorney General Johnette Jauron, the motion cited a LifeSiteNews article on the testimony of “Doe 12,” the CEO of StemExpress, who essentially admitted in her testimony, last Thursday, that StemExpress supplies beating fetal hearts and intact fetal heads to medical researchers.
Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry simply don't want this information made public.
Clearly, this order is an attempt to silence LifeSiteNews, and to suppress the truth about Planned Parenthood's gruesome sale of baby body parts.
The U.S. Attorney General might be able to investigate whether undue influence was placed on the judge, and whether or not filing a motion, in the first place, was a political decision taken by the California Attorney General's office, on behalf of Planned Parenthood or some other plaintiff.
It might also be a worthwhile exercise to examine to what extent, if any, the California AG was ever supported by Planned Parenthood by political donations, or otherwise.
