Supreme Court, UNDO same-sex ‘marriage’

On June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court made an unprecedented step in forcing the recognition of same-sex ‘marriage’ on the entire country—a calculated blow against the family and state’s rights. Two years later, the decision still stands: gay ‘marriage’ has been legal for two years too many!

Many constitutional experts were shocked at this unilateral decision. Even Supreme Court justice, the late Antonin Scalia, encouraged liberals to “celebrate today’s decision. But do not celebrate the Constitution. It had nothing to do with it.”

The Supreme Court grossly abused their power when they legalized gay ‘marriage.’ The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution gives that authority to states, not the federal government.

We are petitioning newly-appointed Justice Gorsuch to continue Justice Scalia’s legacy of constitutional conservatism by bringing the same-sex marriage issue back to the Supreme Court to receive the fair, conservative, and just ruling it should have gotten in 2015.

Since Donald Trump’s election, many pro-family experts are convinced that a conservative Supreme Court can—and must—overturn this unlawful decision.

Add your name to the list of pro-family Americans that oppose the Supreme Court’s unconstitutional decision and support the Constitution.

Just as Roe v. Wade failed to settle the abortion issue, we may expect that Obergefell v. Hodges failed to settle the issue of legitimate marriage.
