West Virginia is one of the most conservative and religious states in the union, but the senior senator from West Virginia, Joe Manchin, is a Democrat.
This is not only because of family 'tradition', but it is also a throw-back to an era when the Democratic Party was a totally different party than it is now.
Today's Democratic Party seems hell-bent on destroying our 1st Amendment (free speech) and 2nd Amendment (bear arms) rights, among many others.
A man of principle must step in the breach. A man of principle must stand up to the tryannical designs of the Democratic Party.
That man is Senator Joe Manchin.

Listening to the leftist rhetoric of Democrats these days and seeing the actions already taken by Joe Biden, freedom-loving Americans understand the absolute requirement for having two parties in power in Congress.
If Senator Manchin were to switch party, it would mean that the Democratic Party would find it much more difficult to pass the freedom-destroying legislation which they have said they will pass.
West Virginians are freedom-loving and God-fearing patriots who will not only understand, but reward, a principled stand against tyranny. They deserve to be represented by a party which actually aligns with their views.
And, the citizens of West Virginia, and every state, would be forever grateful to Senator Manchin for doing the hard thing, and spurning his current party's hard turn to the Left.
